Do you remember what you were doing at 15 years old? Well, we can tell you what Isabel Williams was up to: hustling. She started her freelance photography business, Isabel Markman Photo, at that age and has been capturing beautiful moments ever since. As our content creator, Isabel will bring her creative eye and meticulous attention to detail to every photo and video project.
A year before joining our team in 2024, Isabel earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her choice to pursue scientific studies stems from her insatiable curiosity and deep appreciation for the intricate connections of nature. She’s always happy to chat about cell biology, evolution, and how much we can increase functionality in the world using biomimicry.
After graduation, she started working at Kimera Collective, an experience Isabel credits with honing her skills in video and production. It also opened her eyes to the beauty of exploring different avenues of life, hence her diverse hobbies of interior design, music, and floral arrangements. (Her entrepreneurial spirit just doesn’t quit—she even runs an online vintage decor shop!)
Isabel has always loved collaborating with like-minded folks. Whether helping a friend design their space or executing someone’s creative vision, she believes thoughtful, positive communication is key to the delivery of consistent, high-quality work.
Her rescue kitties, Miso and Kimchi, make Isabel’s home life pretty fun, too. Their zoomies give her a burst of energy first thing in the morning (along with a shot of espresso and some jazz).
