A retired college volleyball athlete and dog training extraordinaire
Monica Strohschein joined KPS3 in 2021 as one of our search and digital media specialists, bringing with her a passion for the world of advertising and digital media strategy that KPS3 excitedly welcomed with open arms.
A natural competitor and lover of coffee, hikes, spicy bourbon, and animals, Monica is forever inquisitive. Obsessed with problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, she thrives to be the best at what she does while bringing her clients along for the ride.
Monica’s dedication began with her tenure at Lamar University in Dallas, Texas, where her love of advertising (and volleyball) really blossomed. While playing for the university volleyball team, Monica was also earning her degree, later graduating with a BS in advertising communications.
Following graduation, Monica began working as a marketing coordinator for Raze Media in Dallas, where she managed clients small to corporate and worldwide. After dipping her toes in just about every aspect of advertising at Raze, Monica is definitely considered a utility player that can fill any role that’s needed—and we couldn’t be happier about that. Her advertising journey has led her to KPS3, where she works closely with the digital team, helping us bring insights to life.
Outside of the office, you’ll catch Monica spending time with her two kitties, Bean and Gypsy (little do they know, they will be expecting a brother soon in the form of a long-haired German Shepard), perfecting her recipe for a very well bruised dirty martini, or looking for the next latest and greatest place to explore in The Biggest Little City (she’s always looking for ideas!).
