Celebrating the Promotions of Three Employees
Another blog about promotions? That’s right! Our team continues to level up, and it's a topic we love to talk about. Today, we’re highlighting the professional success of three team members: Ashlan Sherron, Billy Ruecker, and Olive Giner.

Speaking of their new roles, let’s jump into how the day-to-day will change for these three incredible team members.
Ashlan Sherron | Promoted to senior account manager
Ashlan Sherron has been an instrumental part of KPS3 since 2021 when she joined the agency as an account manager. With nearly eight years of marketing experience, she has served as the client contact, collaborator, and problem-solver for an array of clients in industries, such as supply chain management, government services, and more.
As Ashlan steps into her new role of senior account manager, she will build strategic solutions while fostering lasting relationships internally and externally. Her focus will be on immersing herself in client business and industry, making proactive strategic recommendations, and ensuring overall positive experiences. Additionally, Ashlan will oversee revenue management, assist with business development, and support the team through mentorship and cross-division collaboration.
Ashlan graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of science in agriculture leadership and development and, later, The Ohio State University with a master’s of science in agriculture extension and education.
Billy Ruecker | Promoted to senior growth marketing specialist
Billy Ruecker joined KPS3 as a search & digital media specialist in 2021. In his new role as senior growth marketing specialist, Billy will lead client growth strategies and recommend improvements to internal workflows and processes. He will develop digital media channel plans, launch and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms, as well as manage budgets to ensure optimal performance. Billy will also assist in spearheading SEO strategies, advising on website architecture, and implementing on and off-page optimization changes.
In past roles, Billy worked at a local fintech startup, helping build awareness and downloads of their mobile apps. He also worked as a business growth associate at a gaming company.
Billy earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Olive Giner | Promoted to public relations specialist
Olive Giner first came to KPS3 as part of our one-day externship program, where they learned all about account management and agency life. While completing their degree in journalism with a focus on public relations from the University of Nevada, Reno (and with the distinction of magna cum laude!), Olive started full-time at our agency in 2022 as an account and public relations coordinator, supporting the internal team in marketing and communications program implementation, as well as reporting.
In their new role as public relations specialist, Olive will support client campaigns and projects, ensuring timely communication across the account and PR teams. They will execute various PR tasks, including media database building, research, writing media communications and press releases, and assisting in the development of media pitches. Additionally, Olive will also help with outreach programs and community engagement opportunities.
