Recent Promotions: Congratulations are in Order
We’re only halfway through 2023 and all I can say is, “What a year!”
KPS3 has seen tremendous growth across the agency and with clients. To complement this, our team continues to excel and advance in their careers. Professional development is one of the perks of working at this agency. We strive to make sure everyone is learning, improving, and trending in the direction of their ultimate goal, whatever that may be.
“As KPS3 continues to grow, our team does, too,” our president and CEO, Rob, said. “Promoting from within has been a part of our culture since day one. We’re incredibly proud of each of these employees for their exceptional work and contributions to our clients and our company, and congratulate them on their new roles.”
Without further ado, I’m excited to announce the promotions of six amazing marketing and communications professionals: Anna-Leigh Firth, Ashley Campagna, Ashley Chisam, Brittany Rubenau, Danielle Longley, and Sara Robbins, APR.
Anna-Leigh Firth | Promoted to associate account manager
Anna-Leigh joined KPS3 in 2021 as an account coordinator after working as a media specialist and marketing assistant for The National Judicial College, and as an internet marketing specialist at OCG Creative. Throughout all of these positions, she discovered her love for account management because she got to touch all kinds of work and learn every day.
In her new role as associate account manager, she will continue to serve as a strategic partner for clients, overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts and acting as an interdepartmental liaison while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.
Ashley Campanga | Promoted to associate account manager
Ashley thrives in fast-paced environments making her a natural fit for agency life. She was hired as an account coordinator in 2021 and excels at keeping her team members organized and crossing things off her project to-do lists—all while keeping a positive attitude in her meetings.
Ashley was promoted to associate account manager. In this role, she will lead project management, build strong client relationships, and support team members across every division.
Ashley Chisam | Promoted to associate art director
Back in 2016, Ashley joined KPS3 as a designer. Her skill set and knowledge of diverse creative work earned her a promotion to senior designer before stepping into her new role as associate art director.
In her new position, Ashley will lead creative concepting for clients and plan the visual execution of photo and video shoots, as well as other content. She will continue to translate mood boards and concepts into graphics, brand pathways, and web designs.
Brittany Rubenau | Promoted to senior account director
Brittany has 12+ years of progressive marketing and advertising experience in cross-functional roles. She joined KPS3 in 2019 as an account director, serving as the client contact and project manager for an array of agency clients, including tourism, commercial real estate, and education amongst other industries.
As one of our senior account directors, Rubenau will continue to build strong client relationships and work with division leads to create measurable, insight-driven strategic plans while overseeing day-to-day project management and client success.
Danielle Longley | Promoted to senior account director
With over 13 years of marketing and advertising experience at various agencies and corporations, Danielle brings thoughtful strategies, writing chops, and a powerhouse work ethic to the team. She came aboard in 2018 as an account director who managed client accounts and projects across a wide range of industries while supporting the agency’s overall growth.
She was recently promoted to senior account director. Like Brittany, Danielle will continue fostering client relationships, overseeing large brand and marketing projects, and keeping everyone on top of their deadlines and budgets.
Sara Robbins | Promoted to AVP of social media
Sara brings over 15 years of public relations and social media expertise to her new role as AVP of social media. She previously served as the publicist for THE ROW Reno for six years, where she led external communications, media relations, and social media before joining KPS3 in 2020. Sara earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America in 2020.
In her new position, Sara will continue to grow KPS3’s social media division and its offerings, mentoring members of the social media team and collaborating with other divisions to execute for clients.
Bravo!
A huge congratulations to all of these wonderful individuals! Let’s see where the rest of this year takes us.
