Heads of the Class: Two Seniors in Our Midst
It’s March, and you know what that means… Spring Break! While we’ll still be in the office and working hard to produce great work for our clients, we wanted to celebrate two of our team members’ promotions over the last month. Huge congratulations to our newest Senior Creative Director, Jenna Hubert and our newest Senior Director of Public Relations, Nicole Shearer! (Now all the school references are coming together, huh?)
Both Jenna and Nicole have been instrumental in getting our projects over the finish line, getting our clients top-notch results, and in the agency’s overall success. These women truly embody our value of never settling:
- Jenna is known around KPS3 for her famous phrase: “Refine, refine, until we run out of time.” She pushes her team to their creative limits in the best way. Because Jenna brings heart to everything she does, it shows in the quality of her work as well as her relationships with all of us.
- Nicole’s M.O. is to develop effective PR plans and seek unique ways to pitch stories that land media coverage for some of our largest clients. She’s been in the PR industry for over two decades and continues to up her industry game. Case in point: She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) last year.
It’s incredibly exciting to see both continue to grow in their respective fields and to support the development of two longtime employees.

Let’s take a closer look at Jenna’s and Nicole’s histories and new roles.
Jenna Hubert | Promoted to senior creative director
Jenna’s love for capturing a story in words and with design stems from her high school yearbook class, and it grew even more during her studies at the University of Nevada, Reno. She’s been at KPS3 since earning her bachelor of arts in journalism in 2011. Over the years, she’s rocked multiple roles at the agency as a junior designer, a creative director, a partner and owner, and now a senior creative director.
In this new position, Jenna plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of the team and fostering a collaborative environment across all divisions at KPS3. She will continue to provide leadership and ensure high-quality work across all projects. Additionally, she will contribute to business development, set creative direction for designers and copywriters, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Nicole Shearer | Promoted to senior director of public relations
Nicole found her passion for storytelling and strategic problem-solving in public relations while studying at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her career began in Lake Tahoe, where she worked with various companies, including Northstar Ski Resort. After stints at Renown and back at her alma mater, she joined the team at KPS3 as a director of public relations in 2021.
In her new position as senior director of public relations, Nicole will expand in her PR leadership role and support her team, overseeing client budgets and ensuring objectives are met. She will strategize, implement, and collaborate with the team to measure client communication and outreach programs, including earned media efforts, media training, activations, and partnerships. Additionally, Nicole provides comprehensive communications counsel to clients, including issues management and crisis communications.
