OliviaRagusa
Olivia Ragusa joined KPS3 in 2024 with a wealth of experience in finance and operations. Her journey into the world of accounting was driven by a genuine passion for both numbers and the intricate workings of businesses. Now embarking on her new role here as a controller, Olivia brings a well-rounded skill set acquired over 12 years in the field. (Not to mention the patience she’s honed while being a 49ers fan and a mother!)
While earning her bachelor’s in business administration from University of Nevada, Reno, Olivia had already gotten her hands dirty (read: taken a job as an accounting associate at Dolan Auto Group). She worked with a variety of positions, with the last seven years being in full-cycle accounting and operational management for a few private family offices. In her most recent role as an accounting manager, Olivia built out a new department and spearheaded the management of over 30 entities—a testament to her determination to push the bar for excellence.
Beyond her professional achievements, Olivia's proudest moment in life is undoubtedly the birth of her daughter, Layla. Together, they—along with Olivia’s husband—make up a trio of adventure buddies, scouring the world for the best food, coffee, and beer. Oh, and they love to travel for sports games in the Bay Area. (Go 49ers and Golden State Warriors!)
Olivia infuses every interaction with wit and levity to make even the most challenging tasks feel conquerable… including keeping a garden alive in Nevada. Regardless of the extreme weather conditions here, she still strives to grow the spiciest chili peppers for her family to enjoy during their meals.
