As a former collegiate and professional athlete, Lauren Cordray knows what it means to work hard. To be part of a team. To move quickly, whether it’s coming up with a new idea or cracking a joke.
She joined KPS3 in 2025 as a senior designer, bringing the same fearless energy she shows in mosh pits to every project.
After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design, Lauren cut her teeth in branding and identity, then expanded into digital work. She’s since grown her expertise in UX consultation, marketing, copywriting, and content strategy—all of which sharpen her ability to connect creative ideas to real-world impact. Her love of design drives her to stay curious, appreciate the little details, and explore new technologies.
Over the past 12 years, Lauren has collaborated with startups, agencies, and in-house teams to lead campaigns, websites, and app redesigns that are more than pretty—they’re effective. She reimagined ecommerce and booking platforms, leading to higher conversions and happier users all around.
With a proven track record like that, Lauren’s reputation as a creative problem solver is well-earned. We suspect that her three pups taught her how to roll with surprises and make the best of them.
