A nerdy husband, pushover father, and top 9% Call of Duty Warzone player.
Kevin Jones started his career at KPS3 as a designer. He’s been an art director, creative director, technical director, and is now COO, Partner, and makeshift IT. Kevin’s primary role is overseeing the creative and technical teams, however, he is also involved in nearly every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to rejoining KPS3 (like others, Kevin left KPS3 but couldn’t resist coming back for more), he was a co-founder at Cloudsnap, a startup working to make API integration easier. He also co-founded Colorstache, a web application for Evernote, which was a finalist in the Evernote Developer Competition. His creative work has been featured on Mashable, CNET, Lifehacker, and Ads of the World.
Kevin and his team have produced creative works that have garnered countless awards, best of shows, webbys, and national recognition for a variety of brands. He also played a critical role in KPS3 being named “Best Places to Work” in 2017, 2018, and 2019 and was named NCET’s “Rising Star of the Year” for Technical Services in 2018.
In 2012, Kevin co-founded Reno Wired, a local Reno event that rebrands a nonprofit in 24 hours. He has spoken at Wordcamp and UNR on subjects relating to WordPress, Drupal and designing for the web and content management systems.
A self-proclaimed culinary master, and favorite parent according to his daughter Ellie, Kevin finds inspiration from family, kitchen, and video games.
