KPS3 Hires Mike McDowell as VP of Client Strategy

KPS3 is excited to announce it has hired Mike McDowell as vice president of client strategy.

McDowell brings 20 years of successful integrated marketing and communications experience to the agency. He will collaborate and engage with KPS3’s clients nationwide across a variety of industries to guide strategy for traditional, digital and social solutions. McDowell will also work internally to help the KPS3 team expand their skills in strategic and creative thinking.

McDowell joins KPS3 from Talage Insurance, an InsurTech start-up that allows small businesses to buy insurance online. As the director of marketing at Talage, McDowell was responsible for strategy development, search and digital marketing, and more. Prior to his time at Talage, McDowell was the director of marketing operations for his alma mater, the University of Nevada, Reno. At the university, McDowell was responsible for organizational effectiveness of the Office of Marketing and Communications. He served as a project manager for creative, print, communications, web and online media.

Before that, McDowell worked at KPS3 as an account executive. He quickly built expertise in website strategy and planning, email marketing, search and digital marketing and social media strategy, subsequently earning him the position of KPS3’s director of web and digital.
