Operations Manager

A born and raised Florida girl, mother of two very successful children, avid cook and total beach bum, Stephanie Brooks has truly done it all.

Stephanie joined KPS3 in 2020 as our operations manager—and with her tendency to hit the ground running as she’s done in so many other positions throughout her career—she is a key part of our management team, ensuring KPS3 is performing at its absolute best.

Stephanie provides unrivaled and inspired leadership, overseeing finances, high-level HR duties, hiring procedures, training, organizational processes and so much more. To put it bluntly, she’s the one that keeps all of our heads on straight (Thanks, Stephanie!) 

Prior to joining KPS3, Stephanie was the Chief Administrative Officer at FirstNation Healthcare. Bringing with her more than 15 years of experience, Stephanie has also served as the Manager of Self-Funded Financial Services at Hometown Health in Reno, Nevada, and the State of Nevada Office of Energy. 

Stephanie specializes in third-party administration (is both a certified Self-Funding Specialist AND an SOC 1 auditor), financial management, marketing, instructional leadership, motivating employees and the implementation of a company’s strategic plans. She also handles just about anything that comes to cost-efficiency. 

Stephanie received her BS in accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno and her MBA in finance from Western Governors University. 

When she’s not crusading for operations, you can find her sailboat racing in Lake Tahoe or in the Bay area. A lover of all things food (and a Paleo Chef for a stint in both the Reno and Minden areas) she is also involved in several community service organizations. 

Currently, she volunteers at Libby Booth Elementary School, a Title 1 school for at-risk children, and is a member of the Junior Achievement Society.
