Gillian Griffith

A grammar stickler and jewelry hoarder fueled by a good day on the tennis court and anything written by Joan Didion.

A lover of good dogs and great books, Gillian joined the KPS3 crew in 2014 as a content developer. When she’s not running around on the tennis court or curled up in her backyard hammock working on her manuscript, you can find Gillian nestled in our Las Vegas offices, researching (a lot) and writing (even more) on behalf of our clients.

Prior to joining KPS3, Gillian gained experience working as the integrated communications and graphic design project manager for the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada. While there, Gillian wrote the self-study for the school’s reaccreditation process—earning the school its first-ever reaccreditation with 100 percent compliance (a feat only 20 percent of accredited journalism institutions achieve). She also spearheaded a social media contest that resulted in a 35 percent increase in the school’s followers overnight and created an infographic that won PRSA’s 2014 Silver Spike Award in the “Print Materials for Media Relations” category.

Gillian earned her B.A. degree in journalism from the University of Nevada in 2012. During her time as a student, she participated on the National Student Advertising Competition team, for which she was named the sole writer of a 32-page integrated marketing communications plan. She was also voted to present the plan to the team’s client, Nissan USA.

A second-generation Nevadan on one side, and a first-generation American on the other, Gillian is an unexpected combination of worldly and Wild West. A sucker for nostalgia, she aspires to be the last person on Earth who doesn’t own an e-reader, never underestimates the power of a handwritten thank-you note and regularly hammers out letters to friends on her 1939 typewriter.
