Felicia Coppola joined the KPS3 team in 2021 as an account director bringing with her more than 10 years of account experience and a love for all things communication.

Talented, easy-going, and the type of person to hit the ground running when it comes to propelling her projects forward, Felicia thrives on expanding existing client relationships. Her adaptable nature and international experience gained from working in demanding and mission-critical situations gives her a unique perspective that helps her meet and exceed client expectations and ensures the overall success of her work.

Felicia started her career at McCann/IPG group in Taiwan, where she focused her efforts on digital marketing, working with a large, regional team. Her key accounts included Intel, Microsoft/XBOX, and Glenfiddich. From here, she jumped on an opportunity offered to her in Shanghai, where she was hired by the Wunderman/WPP Group, expanding her digital marketing skills and adding CRM and e-commerce into the mix, managing both the Unilever and Jaguar accounts.

Before coming to KPS3, Felicia was a business director at Saatchi & Saatchi/Publicis Group, where she was the lead in quite a few major markets including China, APAC, the Middle East, and South Africa. Her responsibilities included building total brand awareness, conducting marketing research, developing integrated marketing strategies, and of course, maintaining successful client business relationships for key accounts such as Mondelez, General Mills, Kraft Heinz, and Campbell’s Soup.

With such an impressive resume, it’s no surprise that the projects that Felicia led received recognition. Felicia’s expert management of her accounts have earned her the Longxi Award, 4A Yahoo Award, Times Asia-Pacific Advertising Award, and the MMA (Mobile Marketing Association) and China Wireless Marketing Award, and that’s just naming a few!

When Felicia’s not in our offices taking our client’s project to the next level, you’ll find her binge-watching Netflix, dancing, or exploring exotic islands. A lover of travel (this is actually how she met her husband!) and sunbathing, the beach is her happy place and exploring the world is a lifetime goal (she’s at about 13% so far, and she’s hungry to see it all!).
