Brand Research

An important foundation for big decisions related to an organization’s brand or image is excellent research, and that word makes us smile. We can develop means of surveying your current customers, other influencers/stakeholders, and prospective customers in order to develop a picture of how your brand is perceived and their attitudes about future “purchases.” Then we summarize all research and provide a springboard for the development of a sound brand strategy.

Brand Strategy

After brand research is completed or prior research is provided, we continue our development of the very critical brand strategy to help your organization, product or service successfully compete. This includes, at minimum, a brand positioning strategy and statement (to position your brand uniquely against your competition) with sound rationale as to why we are recommending the direction, your brand promise (what your brand delivers uniquely), and brand pillars (which are designed to help drive the brand promise down into the operations of the organization) and a brand implementation plan.

A brand can be conveyed in many ways, from its logo, to color choices, and the actual experience someone encounters when interacting. However, how an organization talks about its brand is critical. At KPS3 we take the brand positioning as our basis, using the research that has been completed about the brand and its competition, and then we carefully craft the messages and the brand story we want to convey.
