A few weeks ago, I lost my dad. He was funny, intelligent, stubborn, compassionate for those who are down and out, and a great business person.  It just happened to be the business of farming. I learned a lot from him whether he knew it or not.

The title of this blog post is a question that could have people asking if it is an oxymoron, or wondering if there is such a thing. Can someone influence their industry, community, coworkers, etc., by being "quiet?" I would argue, no.
