The Nevada Network of Domestic Violence came to KPS3 with a lofty goal: reduce the teen pregnancy rate by increasing awareness of Nevada's statutory rape laws. As a nonprofit, they had a modest budget for a statewide public health campaign regarding statutory rape.

Our target:18-24 year old men who don't know what statutory rape is. Our goal: educate them about the law and change their attitudes about sex with underage girls.
