We have been selected by Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) to handle the strategy, development and launch of the organization’s public-facing website. We will be responsible for the redesign and redevelopment of the more than 2,000-page website while strategically reorganizing the site to improve the user experience and make it easier for the public to find the information they are searching for. The site will be built on the EKTRON platform, which is the content management system (CMS) purchased by the State of Nevada. During the website development process, we will work with NDOW to establish the primary goals of the website, develop a creative strategy to achieve those goals and design the site in a way that allows for future growth and functionality over time. NDOW protects, restores and manages fish and wildlife, and promotes fishing, hunting, and boating safety. NDOW’s wildlife and habitat conservation efforts are primarily funded by sportsmen’s license and conservation fees and a federal surcharge on hunting and fishing gear.
