Reno, Nev. - United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra (UWNNS) has announced the addition of two members to its 2012 board of directors. Greg Boyer, chief executive officer of Renown Regional Medical Center, and Ron McLemore, general manager of the Walmart Distribution Center in the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, officially joined the board in May.
Prior to joining Renown in 2010, Boyer served as chief executive officer at hospitals in Florida and most recently at the 400-bed Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nev. Boyer a graduate of The George Washington University, Washington D.C. Master of Arts, Hospital Administration Indiana State University of Pennsylvania, and Indiana, Pennsylvania Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration.
McLemore has been with Walmart for 21 years working in California, Virginia, Texas, North Carolina and Nevada. Previously, McLemore served on the board of directors for the local United Way in Shelby, N.C., for three years and was involved in the fund distribution process each year. He has also served on the board of directors for the American Red Cross.

Grubic, senior vice president and client manager for Bank of America; Tom Karls, division manager at UPS; Curtis McElwee, manager plant accounting at NV Energy; Tom Pfoh, pricing systems leader at GE Energy; and Kris Wells, area manager, external affairs for AT&T.
